LONDON ACCOUNT MANAGER - OFF TRADE
ROLE OVERVIEW
With the fantastic progress Beavertown is making as a business, we are now in need of a London Account Manager Off Trade to support our National Account Manager – Off Trade!
As the London Account Manager Off-Trade, you will act as the primary point of contact between Beavertown and Off-Trade customers within the selected London territory. This is a brand new role and is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is eager to maintain and grow our accounts!
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Ensure that all customers within your designated territory are fully supported in terms of: -
- Regular callage
- Activation Support
- Full ongoing training of the individual stores
- Fast response to any customer queries/questions
- Schedule and attend meetings with key contacts/ decision makers on an ongoing basis
- Deliver and exceed all sales targets and personal budgets given to you
- Make Beavertown look amazing in every place we are stocked all of the time
- Ensure the full range of Beavertown beers are stocked across all customers within your designated territory
- Ensure that high levels of service are maintained with your customers all of the time across all functions that come into contact with your customers
- Liaise on a daily basis with the Sales Support team to ensure your customers are receiving their orders on time and in full
- Maintain clear, timely communication with customers
- Ensure all outstanding debt is cleared fully
- Establish, maintain and develop relationships with your customer base
- Track and report customer buying trends to Sales and Production management
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of data
- Represent Beavertown Brewery at promotions, tastings and special events
- Conduct ongoing in-store training for Owners, Managers and Assistants
- Ability to work nights/weekends as needed
- Seek out beer related educational opportunities and keep up to date by reading industry publications
- Other duties as intermittently assigned by your manager
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE
- Results oriented experience ideally within the Food and Beverage industry
- Strong sense of urgency and drive to deliver results
- Well-developed communication and people skills; effective on an interpersonal level
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Strong judgment and maturity
- Excellent problem solving and organisational skills
- Solid time management skills with ability to plan ahead and manage multiple tasks
- Ability to work independently and within a team to accomplish goals
- Demonstrate a passion for the industry and Beavertown brand!
