Trade Terms and Conditions

TRADE POS (FREE OF CHARGE) TERMS & CONDITIONS (including exclusive products, blogs and monthly allowances)

These Free POS Terms and Conditions (“Ts&Cs”) prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. For the avoidance of doubt, these terms and conditions are standalone and are without prejudice to clause 13 (POS Material) of Beavertown’s Terms and Conditions of Sale. By ordering free POS materials (“POS Materials”) via our POS ordering platform (the “Platform”), you (“customer”) will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Ts&Cs.

  1. Only one login per outlet is permitted on the Platform. 
  2. Customer must keep its password(s) for the Platform secure and confidential and is prohibited from sharing trade account details.
  3. Customer is entitled to order POS Materials up to the values outlined below:
    1. £200 per outlet each 12 months. 
  4. Beavertown will regularly review customer accounts and reserves the right to withdraw access to or delete duplicate accounts. 
  5. POS Materials must be used for business purposes only in connection with the relevant outlet. They must not be ordered for personal use.
  6. Customer is not entitled to resell or gift any POS Materials.
  7. Should the customer resell or gift any POS Materials, Beavertown shall be entitled, at is complete discretion, to withdraw access to the Platform and clawback the value of any POS material that has been sold or gifted.  
  8. Beavertown will make reasonable efforts to deliver the POS Materials to customer within 5 business days (being any day other than a Saturday, Sunday or bank holiday) of order.
  9. Beavertown will make delivery of POS Materials to the outlet address only.
  10. The cost of delivery of the POS Materials will be paid by Beavertown. 
  11. No cash equivalent shall be payable to the customer. 
  12. If you identify damage or any other issues with the POS Materials on receipt, customer must let Beavertown know as soon as possible by emailing sales@beavertownbrewery.co.uk. On receipt of customer’s email, Beavertown will endeavour to agree a mutually agreeable solution, including replacement, if required.
  13. Beavertown reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or withdraw the availability of the POS Materials, as necessary. 
  14. Any dispute or difference arising out of or in connection with these Ts&Cs shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law.
