Gamma Ray is our OG American pale ale and it’s packed with all those great American flavours. It’s a pale ale so it has plenty of bright hoppy flavours and a bit of smooth maltiness. It’s bold and refreshing with a little bit of piney freshness to it like all those good craft beers from the west coast. WTF are we talking about? Neck Oil is a classic in the Beavertown universe. But it’s totally different to Gamma Ray. They’re both light in colour and have refreshing passion fruit flavours but there’s lots of differences thanks to the different blend of hops.From Neck Oil you can expect citrus and passion fruit flavours that make it super easy to drink with an underlying earthiness that’s oh-so moreish. Gamma Ray has passion fruit notes too but also has mango flavours and juicy tropical aromas. It also has a little bit of a piney taste. So if you like the juicy fruitiness of Neck Oil but want something a bit different, give Gamma Ray a try!

Gamma Ray is good with basically anything but it’s particularly good with rich foods that balance out its lighter flavours. Think a nice steak (sorry vegans), greasy food like fried chicken or arancini, and tomato-based foods like pasta or pizza.

Yes! Gamma Ray is a cloudy American Pale Ale. Cloudy with a chance of deliciousness. Well… it’s more of a guarantee.

It’s okay if you don’t like Gamma Ray – it’s not for everyone. Which is why we have loads of other options for you to try!

Looking for something fruity? Bloody ‘Ell blood orange IPA might be right up your street. Oozing with juicy blood orange juice and hoppy goodness.
