If you’re here and reading this we can assume that you also agree that neutral colours aren’t boring! They’re the building blocks of any wardrobe and the whole point is that they work with anything. If we’re, somehow, not in agreement, let us show you just how versatile a good neutral can be.
What are neutral colours?
Neutral colours are basically just colours that can be mixed with other neutrals or brighter shades to create a cohesive outfit. They’re great for capsule wardrobes because they work as a base and you can build any outfit on top of them. Black, white, cream, tan, taupe, beige, brown, grey, and navy are all great neutrals to have in your wardrobe. And leopard print. Leopard print is always neutral. We don’t make the rules. Blue or black jeans are also considered neutrals so they’re always good to have around too.
Let’s get styling
The classic: Jeans and a tee
Best for: Capsule wardrobe coolness As we said, jeans are great neutral pieces – wardrobe essentials, if you will. And the jeans and tee combo is an absolute classic. It literally never goes out of style. Wear your fave pair of jeans with the Mini Pint T-shirt in stone for that perfect comfy vibe. Black, blue, white, and leopard print jeans are all good options here too.
Comfy in an oversized T-shirt
Best for: Lazy day lounging or a slick streetwear style We love an oversized T-shirt. Not only are they on-trend, they’re also comfy af. So they get our vote any time of year. Chuck on a Little Skulls Relaxed T-shirt in navy with a pair of jeans or some shorts (or nothing at all, just don’t go out in public, ‘kay?) for a cool streetwear style.
Looking great in grey
Best for: Your next pub crawl Dark grey is almost black but not quite. So when your mum tells you off for not wearing anything but black, you can tell her that that’s not true, you totally have other colours, before whipping out your Little Pint T-shirt in dark grey. Style it with black or blue denim, or take it a step further and pair it with a leopard print skirt with your chunkiest black boots for an edgy style.
Overshirts always work
Best for: Cool and relaxed looks An overshirt is a cool way to accessorise when the weather is slightly cooler but isn’t cold enough to need a jacket or jumper. And they always work. Chuck the Spaceman Overshirt on over basically any other neutral coloured T-shirt to look a little more put-together (but still casual enough for a BBQ round your mate’s).
Keeping cosy
Best for: When the weather gets cooler Saying goodbye to the sun is never fun. Especially when the chill sets in. Banish the shivers with a Mini Pint Sweatshirt in cream. The perfect cream colour to go with basically everything in your wardrobe. No worries about clashing here. Just soft cotton and the perfect embroidery accent to match your Beavertown glass in your hand.
Don’t forget the accessories
Best for: The perfect final finish No wardrobe is complete without its accessories. Cap off your outfit with the Mini Pint Cap. Particularly if you’re headed out into the pub garden for a cold one (enjoyed responsibly, ofc). Wearing it forwards is a classic and practical – it keeps the sun out your eyes. Or wear it backwards to look like you’re on your way to the skate park to do some kick flips and grinds and whatever else skaters do.
